SOUTH FORELAND BADMINTON ASSOCIATION
FIFTY EIGHTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
To be held on Tuesday 28th June 2022 using ZOOM.
Please submit any matters for the agenda by 31st May 2022.
Maxine is stepping down as a committee member so we need new committee members.
One committee member from each club would be ideal.
Dr Jones is stepping down as Chairman so we need a new Chairperkin.
The existing committee members can not fill this role by law.
The role of Chairperkin is as simple or difficult as you wish to make it.
You can be hands on or just go through an agenda every few months.
Most work is done by the Secretary, Treasurer and Match Secretary.
Please distribute this to all your members.
